Our Oil
It all began with an unhealthy obsession with extra virgin olive oil. After not quite finding what we wanted, we decided to take matters into our own hands and set out to find the best olive oil we could find. The rest is still history in the making.
Why Olau?
We didn’t start off with a family grove or a local town mill…This seeming disadvantage freed us to roam the Tuscan countryside and chase down the best producers with the best milling practices to help us create the a superior quality oil and bring it directly to your table.
